Melted Chocolate
- 1 cup Enjoy Life dark chocolate morsels
- 1 can pure coconut milk 13.5 oz.
Add water to a small pot and give the water a few minutes until it starts to boil.
Once boiling, add one cup of chocolate chips to a large bowl. Place the large bowl filled with chocolate chips on top of the boiling pot of water and double boil.
Use a spoon to stir the chocolate continuously until all the chocolate has melted. Once the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl of chocolate from the boiling water and set aside.
Add one can of pure coconut milk to a small or medium saucepan and simmer for about 1-2 minute or until it is warm.
Add the coconut milk to the chocolate, mix well and serve.
Note: chocolate should never be in direct contact with heat to prevent the chocolate from over-heating.
Optional fondue ingredients: sea salt, vanilla extract and sugar to taste.
Optional dipping suggestions: pretzels, strawberries, pineapples, marshmallows, graham crackers, and brownies.
