- 1 oz pineapple puree
- 1 orange juiced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 oz ginger beer
Pineapple Ginger Beer Mocktail Recipe
Optional: Grind or crush a few dried hibiscus leaves or any fruit and mix with equal parts salt and sugar. Use lime to wipe the entire lip of the glass and roll in the sugar/salt/hibiscus mixture. 1/2 tsp hibiscus leaves or mint.
Store pineapple puree in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze in an airtight container for later use.
Pineapple puree: add 1 tsp of fresh ginger to this mixture for more depth of flavor.
