Preheat the grill according to your grill instructions. Add your favorite oil to the grill. Note: I used a George Forman grill for this recipe.
Cut the peaches into wedges. Place the peach on its side and hold it with a firm hand. Find the natural seam that runs end-to-end and insert a knife in the peach. Continue to cut the peach in sections until there isn’t much left but the pit. After that, cut the large sections of the peach into wedges.
Place wedges on the grill rack. Grill for about 3o seconds to 2 minutes on each side (depending on your grill) until grill marks appear on your peaches but still firm. Remove and set aside to cool.
