- 1 cup Wild Rice, Quinoa, & Lentil Medley
- 1 handful Leafy greens
- 1/2 Cucumbers
- 2 Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Roasted Beets
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Add veggies to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Season with your favorite seasonings and grapeseed oil.
Make wild rice, quinoa, and lentil medley according to package instructions.
