Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.*
Once the squash is cut in half, scoop out the seeds with a large spoon and place them in a container for roasting later.
Then add the squash to a baking tray. Next, drizzle with grapeseed oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Turn the squash cut side down and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes. It depends on the size of your squash.
Remove from the oven to cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, the top side may be caved in a little as it just means it's cooked through.
Flip your squash back over again and use a fork to gently scrape the inside.
